Public Help Needed. Were trying to track down a well know scammer thief. His name is Jose A Mangual Jr. Jose has scammed over 20 businesses in the New England area. He has warrants in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, State Police in Rhode Island are actively searching for him. He can be in the Georga Florida areas. Know to travel to Austin, Tx as well. Google him to check his photo/images online. If this is the Jose A Mangual Jr you know to call the local police immediately as we have established a reward for his capture. Jose is no one to be involved with, either personally or business. He will mooch off women, take their last dime and move to another. Please reply if you have had contact with this coward.
