  Once again Jose A. Mangual & his wife Emeral are on the run for fraud. Florida has issued a nationwide warrant for this clown. He is also wanted in Rhode Island by the Woonsocket Police Dept for writing bad checks to suppliers, check cashing shops, and to his help. The best we can tell is he is living with relatives in Houston, Texas. Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call the local law enforcement or FBI. He has warrants in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, State Police in Rhode Island are actively searching for him. He can be in the Georga Florida areas. Know to travel to Austin, Tx as well.
