He has warrants in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, State Police in Rhode Island are actively searching for him. He can be in the Georga Florida areas. Know to travel to Austin, Tx as well. Google him to check his photo/images online. If this is the Jose A Mangual Jr you know to call the local police immediately as we have established a reward for his capture.
