Once Mangual found out he had warrants the chase began from Florida to Houston, Texas, then on to Oklahoma City where he was finally captured and extradited back to Florida to face his charges. Let's face it, fraud is never a victimless crime, and serial fraudsters can set us all back financially, raising the insurance costs and bank fees not to mention the emotional trauma of law-abiding Floridians statewide. This perpetrator has been getting away with these types of crimes for years and is no stranger to law enforcement in the New England area where he committed the same worthless check scheme & credit card fraud to dozens of Rhode Island businesses and his alleged employees. The city of Woonsocket PD, Rhode Island has arrest warrants but has been unable to locate Mangual. Our team was able to send a package to the Florida Lake County DA office, we provide countless Florida victims on social media to the DA office that if we had not started a blog would be out thousands of dollars. So many Floridians reached out to us for help we were overwhelmed with requests. The Shopping Mall on FaceBook in Jacksonville, Florida became his hunting ground telling people he was a website builder but in reality, it was just another scam.
